Speed to Launch: Less than 6 months
Our recruitment specialists search for potential candidates from various channels and personal referrals and maintain a database of experienced professionals as well as fresh graduates suitable for the clients’ requirements. We constantly stay in touch with active and passive candidates and at any given time we have candidates who are ready to start at a short notice.
A phone / Skype interview is conducted with potential candidates. Our recruitment specialists screen the candidate to match client requirements for technical expertise, communication and language skills, cultural fit, salary requirements, availability, visa status, etc.
We understand client’s business and obtain detailed requirements for the positions. We gather details such as requirement for permanent / contract position, scope of the project, budgets, technologies required, experience, on-site/off-shore, etc. With the help of these details we map requirements to suitable candidates.
We submit the resumes of short-listed candidates to the client and coordinate the entire interview process. Client conducts a few more rounds of technical and HR interviews and selects the candidate(s).
The list of potential candidates is thoroughly screened for experience in relevant technologies, overall experience, current employers (if any), etc.
Offer and On-Boarding
An offer is made for the permanent positions with all the required details. Once the candidate accepts the offer, on-boarding is done with our help. Contract positions: Once the client selects the candidates on-boarding is done with our help.
As part of providing end-to-end solutions, we perform a complete background check of permanent and contract staff which we place. This process includes verification of education credentials, projects worked on, previous employment, salary drawn, years of experience, experience in technologies, visa status and criminal background check and drug testing in the U.S.A.
Support and Follow Up
Once the candidate starts working, we follow up closely with both the candidate and the client regularly about the experience.
